No, there is not. The source wrongly reported the name and not only his. I'm 99,9% sure. It is Istvan Kovacs, from Romanania with his assistnts Ovidiu-Mihai Artene & Vasile Marinescu. The trio often whistled European games, including the UCL semifinal Man City-Real 4-3 as well as The UECL final last season. If you don't believe me, wait until the game start but you'll see, it is Istvan Kovacs. World Football wrongly created a profile for a referee, as you can see it has only a few games, because the correct name is Istvan Kovacs.
