Global Airways (and FlyPop) want to be airlines, but I do not see any form of confirmation by the UK CAA that either company holds a Type A operating licence. See https://www.caa.co.uk/commercial-industry/airlines/licensing/licence-types/airline-licence-holders/

As far as I know, FlyPop has substantially given up trying to be an airline due to financial constraints, and Global Airways plans to be substantially just a travel agency, chartering flights from another airline.

Your edits marked both as having a Type A operating licence. The CAA website does not list either company as having a Type A operating licence. If you think either FlyPop or Global Airways has a Type A operating licence, please provide a source. Pmbma (talk) 13:40, 30 July 2024 (UTC)

As far as I know, IPS Airways does not have a Type A or Type B operating licence in the UK. See https://www.caa.co.uk/commercial-industry/airlines/licensing/licence-types/airline-licence-holders/ for details, but if you believe otherwise, please provide a reliable source. Looking at the website for IPS Airways, it seems they intend to use Universal Sky Carrier based in Germany as the licence airline to carry passengers. As per my message yesterday, IATA has not set up codes for FlyPop or Global Airways, because neither FlyPop nor Global Airways are licenced airlines.
