Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the article text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here.
In addition, the article's list is generally restricted to people who have a Wikipedia article, or who are closely associated with a topic that has one. Lastly, when adding material to a list that exhibits a particular format, please make sure your addition matches it.
