usurp and rename request confirmation edit

SUL problem with :en:wikinews edit
I found another SUL conflict: There is an account on wikinews with the same user name again. en.wikinews.org/wiki/User:Athanasian has one edit from 2009. This one prevents me to make a global account. Perhaps you can help me again, thank you! --Athanasian (talk) 20:22, 6 May 2013 (UTC)
