Archive bot

I know the old Miza bot ran on 12 hour cycle, and for very active talk pages (especially busy notice boards) the difference between 12 and 24 hours can be quite a bit. Werieth (talk) 12:59, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

@Shane Cyrus: The bot appears to be functioning properly on that page. The bot does not distinguish as to if there has been a response to your request, or not. The only thing the bot looks at is the most recent time-stamp in the thread. In this case that is 10:51, 13 May 2014 (UTC) which is 22 days ago. This is much longer than the 14 days which lowercase sigmabot III (lcΣB3) has been configured to leave threads on that page. Without a newer time-stamp in the thread, the bot will archive it again the next time it runs (as it has already done twice).

It is also possible that I missed something in what the bot is doing. If you desire for this to be looked at further, please supply more specifics as to what you think is wrong. (talk page stalker) — Makyen (talk) 17:24, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

Adding table of contents to every archive?

Have a look at

Talk:Gravity (film)/Archive 1

and

Talk:Gravity (film)/Archive 2

Notice the difference? Can I instruct the bot to add a TOC to all archives, not just the first?

PS. I did search pages that seemed relevant (User:Lowercase_sigmabot_III and User:MiszaBot/Archive_HowTo for any mention of "TOC" or "table", but no luck). DS.
