This Play was written by William Shakespeare he had written many famous plays like Hamlet also Romeo and Juliet. The Tempest was one of the last plays of Shakespeare. It was written about 1611.

A big storm takes place in the first act where s prospero and Miranda who was 3 years old, casted off in a ship where a wild storm destories the ship apart and prospero founds himself and miranda on a lonely island . But hopefully Gonzalo packs them with prospero's favorite magic books and some food. You may be wondering why prospero is cast away on a ship? That's because prospero got really interested in his books and told Antonio that he could take care of it but he got greedy and cast him away.
After 12 years another ship wreck takes place in which it contains Antonio, Alonso, Ferdinand, Sebastian and all the other mariners. Ariel was a sprit who was trapped in a tree and when prospero came to the island he realased him. He was trapped by a evil witch who use to live there named sycorax. Airel led the ship wreck by the command of prospero. Prospero promised Airel that when he does all the works of his then he will free him. Miranda became sad by hearing the people's scream from above and prospero tells her that not one person will die. In these years prospero had become magician and could control anything. Caliban the son of sycorax who is a half human and a half monster was on this island when prospero came first propero made him learn the language and gave him respect but later on he tried to rape Miranda so they strated to mistreat him and he had now become a slave of him. He is very dangerous and evil. The ship was on fire and Ferdinand lands on the area of propero where he wants Mrianda to marry him. Sebastian, Antonio and others land on the other side of the island where they try to find propero to kill him but Airel goes on and tells that it is very bad that you made your brother suffer. On the other hand tranculo and stephano team up with Caliban and decide to kill him so that tranculo can own the island. On there way they get drunk and they walk for so long and they become very dirty Airel tricks them by putting new clothes and when they approach to get it it dissapers. On the another group of Antonio they plan to kill Alonso so that Sebastian can take his place. Alonso believes that Ferdinand is died and Ferdinand thinks that Alonso is died. Finally Airel tricks Antonio and another's by laying out a banquet and taking it away as soon as they strat to eat. Airel told them how rude and cruel they have been to propero. At that time Prospero makes Mrianda marry Ferdinand. Propero relaises that the both groups are coming towards his place so propero wears his magic robe and puts Gonzalo , caliban, tranculo,stephano, Antonio, Alonso. Propero puts them in a circle where they can't see him and tells how they become cruel with him. Everyone says sorry and caliban says that he mistakenly called tranculo his God. Prospero forgives them and they go in a ship by freeing Airel and showing Alonso tht Ferdinand is alive.... A Quote of prospero
