Hi! I'm Youlendree, or Len, from South Africa. I'm interested in Indian indentureship in South Africa, queer African histories and people, archeology, politics, feminism. I am a writer and journalist by trade and am happiest by the ocean. Since 2022, I started working at Whose Knowledge? as the Communications Associate for the VisibleWikiWomen campaign, and since 2023, I'm one of the Communications Co-leads at Whose Knowledge?.

My educational background is in Journalism and Politics, and I've worked for and freelanced for a number of African media publications. I like making zines, collages and beadwork when I'm not busy reading, writing or editing words!
