My father : a silent professional
editMy father, "Dad", was born in the 1940s and led a life of quiet military service which spanned from the 1960s to the early 1990s. He served in various units of the United States Army Special Forces, more commonly known as the Green Berets. He kept his military experiences private. On the rare occasion that he shared his experiences he mostly limited them to recount those final moments he spent with his friends who passed away in Vietnam.
