editThey wish to promote technology in society by way of advancing public awareness and literacy for numerous technological subjects, and contributing financial support to organizations such as the WMF, the EFF, the ACLU, the Mozilla Foundation, and the Internet Archive. These subjects include the Hacker ethic, Copyright abolition, Open-source technology and protecting the innate Right to privacy of humans.
