Hey, I'm Winston
I play guitar in a number of bands/groups, including my main band Waiting For The Bus, and in the bands at Riverside Chuch, Fuse Youth and Riot Youth.
I also have done volunteer work in areas such as Sound Engineering and Filming.
Currently, I am in training to be the 'Production Manager' at the local 88.6 Plenty Valley FM.
I have done quite a bit of work at Riverside Church, including a brief time of being a Lighting Engineer, and having the privilege to get sound engineering training with Paul Yao. In terms of filming experience, I have done live camera work at State Youth Games and Planetkids in conjuction with Orsino Images.
Now for more personal stuff...
I am a christian, being brought up going to Mill Park Baptist Church, then changing to Riverside Church in 2006 (I think). I suppose my denomination is 'Baptist', but really "If you believe in the same Jesus I do, then we're in the same tribe"( - Chris Hill at Planetshakers '06).
In terms of politics, I understand/believe in the concept of Socialism, but I know that in reality it will probably never go ahead exactly as how the idealogy intends. Therefore I am probably the most apathetic socialist you'll ever find, heheh.
And yeah, thats about it for me.
