Cephus Hulburt was a Methodist circuit rider.

Hulburt was accepted on trial as a Methodist circuit rider by the New York Conference in 1807. He volunteered to be assigned to Canada and was sent to the Oswegotchie Circuit.[1] In 1809 Hulburt was assigned to the Smith's Creek Circuit, where membership increased by 25 individuals.[2] Hulburt was either retired or located in 1810.[1]
