Warm PBS & Media to 37'C

Defrost Trypsin.

Wash cells in PBS

Rinse cells 3x in warm PBS.

Add trypsin: 5 ml

Default Value = 5Add trypsin, then remove and add another few ml. Remove and incubate, with shaking, till cells start to come off the dish.

Resuspend in media: 5 ml

Default Value = 10This will stop the trypin reaction.

Default Value = HeLa
