- Look at the contents bar below. Click the contents link below the "Click the below Contents link" link.
- Scroll back up.
- Reload the page
- The above text should be highlighted.

Now scroll back up and reload.
How it works edit
Putting "#:~:text=" followed by text to the end of the URL highlights that text. You'll notice that clicking on a WP heading adds a "#", so I just had to add the ":~:text=". I don't think this really qualifies as a "glitch" more of a "loophole".
