editUNITED REPUBLIC OF ARSIA The United Republic of Arsia is a fictional country based in Oceania. It was founded in 1936, May 26th by founding father Abdul Ibn Ahmed Massoud. Formerly it used to be the Klamesv SSR, a puppet under the Soviet Union. It was formerly colonized in North by France and in central and south by Russian Empire during mid 1800s.
