Devsena Mishra (born November 25, 1984) is an Indian writer. She promotes Indian startup ecosystem and government’s business and technology related initiatives such as Digital India, Smart Cities, Make in India and Startup India.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Her articles regularly appear in the Indian defense magazine Indian Military Review.[8][9][10][11][12]

Devsena was born and raised in New Delhi. She is from a social and political family, her mother Annapurna Mishra is a senior leader of the current ruling party of India, Bharatiya Janata Party. Devsena's elder brother Kapil Mishra is a social activist and a former cabinet minister of Delhi government (AAP).
