Vishal Grover

Vishal Grover, an alumnus of University of Michigan, is the Vice Chairman of CMS group ([1]) and the President & CEO of SYSTIME (Now KPIT Systime), a global business and technology solutions company and the international software arm of CMS Group of Companies. He joined SYSTIME in the year 2000.

The international business of SYSTIME accounts for 25% of CMS Group’s revenues and is expected to contribute about 50% of the group’s projected revenue target of $1 billion in the next five years.

Vishal’s early days were spent in Mumbai (erstwhile Bombay), India. After completing his high school education, he moved to the United States to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA.

Prior to joining SYSTIME, Vishal also worked in Management Consulting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC).

Vishal has handled sales, strategy, architecture, design, and delivery of mission critical information technology solutions for the Retail, Insurance, Manufacturing, Public Utilities and Financial Services sectors. Strong business background in both the corporate and the consulting cultures, with a focus on enterprise-wide, project-based strategy, planning, management, and life-cycle projects from a sales, delivery, and operational perspective provides him with an added advantage among equals.

He initiated the Groups Corporate social responsibility initiatives through various Blood Donation drives in association with Red Cross and has also affiliated CMS as the technology partner for the Mumbai Marathon.
