Hello and welcome to my Wikipedia user page!

I work at the University of Hohenheim and run this site as a private person. My research focus is on specialty crops, especially on viroids. In doing so, I have worked extensively on viroids such as Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), Citrus bark cracking viroid (CBCVd), Citrus exocortis viroid (CEVd), and Apple hammerhead viroid (AHVd), to name a few.

My research also involves the stress physiology of plants and their response to various environmental conditions. As a big supporter of Open Science and the open sharing of scientific knowledge, I am always interested in sharing my knowledge and collaborating on new discoveries.

Wikipedia activities

I recently (2023) started getting involved in the Wikipedia community in my spare time to share my knowledge about viroids and plant physiology.
