Owen Shaamena
Archibaldt Owen Shaamena was born on September 21, 1970 and passed away on July 14, 2007. He was a driving character in the Namibian Students Organisation (NANSO) from 1986 and after the independence of Namibia. He initiated the system of SRC (Students' Representative Council) at Immanuel Shifidi Secondary School and this system is today used in all Namibian schools. (Shiremo, 2011)
