vinay Kirti singh born on 17 September 1956 is the senior advocate of Patna High Court. Vinay Kirti Singh did his LLB in 1883 from Patna University. Joined Patna High Court in march 1983, he practices mainly in civil cases and is the government advocate[1] for state of bihar since 2012. Currently he is the additional standing counsel for Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited.[2] Vinay Kirti Singh designated as senior advocate by Patna High Court on 7th September 2016. Vinay Kirti Singh is younger brother of formal Supreme Court judge Shiva Kirti Singh.
