The movie starts with FBI cuffing up an accused, Peter Cronin (Andrew Michael Hall) as he was being transferred from Phoenix to Dallas via commercial plane to maintain secrecy. However, the word has been out as we see glimpses of Peter's friends preparing to rescue him.

Helen experiences heart attack but Peter is hell-bent in not allowing anyone to assist the old lady. However, after multiple requests and the pressure of releasing hostages from Deni, he allows Steve and the alcoholic man, who volunteered for the task, to drop her off the plane. When the two men come back to the plane, Peter takes the alcoholic man towards the door and shoots him, which is seen by the FBI. The SWAT arrives and shoots Peter, killing him on spot. Shayna is arrested and taken away. Ben succumbs to his injury.
