Namibian Teachers stuggle with "the universal language"

Most of us are where we are today because of our ex-teachers. I believe the taeching profession is the mother of all professions About twenty two thousand Teachers wrote an English proficiency test in Namibia. Only a thousand passed well and 98% of them were found not to be 100% English literate.

1.Excellent

The test showed that this teachers only struggle with grammer and punctuations.

2.Average

The teachers in this category lacked critical thinking and proper analytical skills.

3.Weak

Poor result. A large of teachers in this category failed to complete forms properly,about personal information such as their names and age.
