I'm a professor of Korean Studies. My area of research focus is contemporary Korean culture-- particularly K-pop and K-drama-- and Korean Traditional Performing arts, but I also look at performing arts in Java, China and Tibet. I have other areas of interest and some study including Korean and Tibetan Buddhism, Korean History and Fisheries.
