I think there needs to be more written on the female prospective for this learning theory. One of the main concerns with Maslow today is that the pyramid only reflects the male point of view. With the changing demographics in our society an update is needed to make Maslow's hierarch of needs relevant in the 21st century. With the emergence of women in the workplace and women outnumbering men on college campuses the structure Maslow implemented needs to be reevaluated. (USCgregkoz (talk) 20:11, 19 April 2012 (UTC))
