Eric J. Hertz (born ------) is an American lawyer, author, and founding partner of Eric J. Hertz, P.C.[1] He is a recipient of America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators,[2] has been named an Atlanta Superlawyer,[3] and has been certified by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy[4] and the American Board of Trial Advocates.[5] He is author of Nursing Home Abuse and Your Loved Ones,[6] and co-author of Thomson Reuters Punitive Damages in Georgia,[7] Georgia Law of Damages,[8] and Georgia Law of Torts.[9]
