I live in Australia, and am an on and off again Project Wikify member, which is a continuing effort to clean up and improve the Wikipedia by seeking to improving articles. My first Wikipedia edit was in July 2004 shortly after I retired from the Education Department, South Australia.
I owe the Wikipedia for all the help it regularly gives me. My main interests have been in education and the use of computers in education, but Project Wikify takes me to a wild variety of topics.
I am currently (2021) continuing retirement projects that are connected to improving elderly people's ability to access the internet, including use of the wonderful Wikipedia, the best vaccine for protection from misinformation.
