Myself (Ron Binstead) and my brother (Malcolm) have been developing touchscreen and keypad technology since 1983, when we invented and patented the first ever Projected Capacitance touchscreen and keyboard.[1]
Since then we have worked with many other companies in the touchscreen industry to promote and improve the technology.[2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] At first we made the products ourselves, but later licensed the manufacture to Zytronic Displays and Visual Planet.
