I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and moved here in 2010.

I'm an independent IT consultant, specialising in Microsoft SQL Server and C#. I used to be a high-school teacher. I have autism.

In my spare time I read and write, and occasionally participate in amateur theatre as an actor and director. I also occasionally sing in the Calgary Men's Chorus.

I love British comedy, including Monty Python and Little Britain.

I am a self-confessed geek, so anything comprising electronics usually takes my fancy.

My activity on Wikipedia is limited to reading, though I have been known to fix a glaring typo here and there.
