Anthony Raccioppi Teora (born July 4, 1963 under the Anthony Rajoppe), is an engineer, entrepreneur and American science fiction author known as Tony Teora. Teora's novels include Mad Worlds Collide, Rubicon: The Dark Side of the Galaxy and Smart Pills for Dummies. Short stories include: Galactic Rosetta and Arturo's Wish.

Tony Teora also completed a biography of the late great Rick Roa entitled: Rick Roa, The American Maverick in Japan. Rick Roa was one of the characters profiled in Robert Whiting's Tokyo Underworld, a true life story of Nick Zappetti that is scheduled to become a movie by Warner Bros. in 2011.

Tony Teora, was born in Jackson New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University College of Engineering. He had stint at business in NJ and also ran an unsuccessful bid for the NJ State Legislature in 1993. Teora moved to Japan in 1994, living there until 2004.
