Article Evaluation

I have chosen the Spring and Autumn period wiki page to edit.

The first paragraph acts as a very quick synopsis of the period, it does a good job of describing it quickly with solid information while still keeping it short. It also ties in the warring period which occurs right after this period.

The background information seems to be made well. The information is not biased, it simply states the information. The article goes much more in depth into this period than what i could find in the book, so instead i chose to evaluate the citations and links.

Many links are made when new information or people are introduced. This allows the reader to continue reading on about the linked material and offers greater understanding of the page. The citations were frequent through out, I believe that they are all books so its difficult to check if the information is correct. Near the end of the article there are multiple sections that label the Important figures in this era. It also gives their titles so it can be used to ascertain what their role was.

The talk section was well developed. There were various conversations that included talking about the additions or deletions of information in certain sections. There were also edits on proper spelling of words for modern times. To me it seemed that the article has had good discussion, the last talks occurred in 2012 which is now quite a bit ways back. I do not know if new information has been found but I am curious as to how to find that information if that were the case.

Overall i think it is a very well made article, i noticed that it does not have any rank whatsoever which i found strange. There were some "stub" ranked articles that were much less developed than this one, and with considerably less information and discussion occurring.
