Tom Van Herrewege (artist).
Tom Van Herrewege (born 1982) is an English contemporary artist that explores ideas around anthrozoology. With a focus on wildlife conservation, he has developed a practice that communicates how humanity understands the animal kingdom and its impact on it. After graduating from Loughborough University with a BA in Fine Art he completed a master’s degree in Fine Art at UAL Wimbledon College of Arts in 2007. He has exhibited his work both internationally and nationally, has embarked upon artist in residency programmes in Australia, South Africa and Madagascar and created exhibitions and publications focussed on his subject area.
