This is a modified version of MediaWiki:Emailpagetext. This template uses Template:Editnotice, shorter text, and a plain background.
Parameters edit
response: Custom text which replaces the sentence "{User} may not regularly check {his or her} email, so please patiently wait for a response." This parameter should contain information about how often you check your email and/or when a response should be expected.prepend: Text which is prepended to the text (but is below the header).append: Text which is appended to the text (and is after the small footer).
