User:Tito Dutta/Chapter members are not the best people to interview about Wikipedia content disputes

Don't ask Sachin Tendulkar about Indian agriculture.

Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) has their Wikimedia India Chapter (WMIN). Very often news papers and news medias mistakenly approach WMIN to learn their opinion Wikipedia content dispute (eg. pre-2014 India's general elections content dispute, India Against Corruption content dipute etc).

But, these chapter members are not the best people to interview about Wikipedia content disputes. Some people members are inactive in Wikipedia editing for a long time and don't have first-hand knowledge on these issues. Those questions should be asked to the editors who are working here in Wikipedia.

How to contact Wikipedia editors edit

Check "History" page of any article, go to the talk page of any editor and talk to them there. You may send them email too, or you may ask at India noticeboard. But, please don't ask Sachin Tendulkar about Indian agriculture.
