My criteria for voting Support for an admin are as follows
- This is the only one that must be fulfilled Over 3000 edits
- Have some sort of personality, I see alot of Admins who are about as interesting as concrete, just because you are an Admin on Wikipedia doesn't mean you need to become a rigid bore.
- Have engaged in a dispute. Preferably a large one, the only way you can appreaciate a dispute where dirt is being slung, and resolve it, is to have slung some yourself
- Preferably not a self nom, but confidence in a self nom will help
- If you are a personilty-less candidate but you've done something I like that will also help get you the vote
For me to vote Support, No. 1 must be fulfilled, along with any, all or some of No.'s 2, 3, 4, 5.
