Career

edit

Born in Chiva, Valencia, Tarín began joined FC Barcelona's youth setup in 2010 at the age of 14, from Valencia CF.[1] He competed with their under-19 team in their victorious 2013–14 UEFA Youth League campaign, scoring the first goal of a 3–0 final win over S.L. Benfica at the Colovray Stadium in Nyon, Switzerland.[2]

On 23 May 2015, he was included in a senior Barcelona squad for the first time,[3] remaining an unused substitute in the B-team's 3–4 Segunda División away loss to UD Las Palmas.[4] On 22 August, with the team now relegated to the third tier, he made his debut by playing the entirety of a 1–2 defeat at UE Cornellà.[5]
