Early life and background
Singh is the eldest son of MR.Govind Singh and SMt Asha Singh Goutam and belong to Rajputan FamilY.He has One Younger brother Chandra Pratap Singh,and three Elder sisters Sushma Singh Goutam Sengar who is married to Businessman Pushpendra Singh Sengar and second sister Pratibha singh Goutam Pawar, who is married to Contactor Sanjay singh Pawar and an Third sister Priyanka Singh Goutam Parihar Vishal Singh Parihar.
Singh finished his schooling at Hometown Kandwa Sagar Madhya pradesh as did his elder sister Priyanka. Earlier, he studied at The Sanik School Sagar or a few years along with younger brother Chandra Pratap. He attended Harisingh Gour central university in Sagar and pass out graduation.
