editThrough research site after site. I've come to the conclusion there is n early life of Richard C. Doty. This man didn't exist until 1983, and even then the information on this man is questionable. It's writen he maybe a top secret agent, or he mat be falcon, and or is being shipped to a unknow star system to have meetings with UFO's , and maybe spent eigth years in the air forc, couldn't find a platoon picture or anything. There are no pictures to be found, well except for one which is a black man in prision.

Sgt. Richard Charles Doty first received widespread attention after he wrote the now well-known AFOSI, Complaint Form relating to UFO sightings near Kirtland AFB IN1980. This document has never been seen and can not currently be found, but from that leeter he was presumed the name Falcon.
The only letter that has be uncoverd is the one Sgt. Doty is explaining that he has proof of UFO sightings.
There is no real conclusive evidence that tis happend, or this person says who they really are. Richard Doty supposedly wrote this to clear his name ans diband the stetment he is Falcon. Falcon is a person suspected to be telling top governmemnt secrets about UFO's . No one can prove it, this man doesn't even have an adress. The only thing that was linked to him ws an P.O. Box, that doesn't exist anymore.
