Started at the reading Pentagon Aliens by William R. Lyne who refused to join the CIA when asked by G. Bush Sr. (former head of CIA) and went on to write the book that revived interests in Tesla's discoveries.

Not the electrostatic model discovered by Mr. Lyne (pronounced line): Pondering F = i x B = C dV1/dt V2ac/L = uF (50,000 Vdc/usec) (15,000 cos(2pift) / 2H = 750,000,000/ coil (L) inductance newtons of 2H x(.225 pounds/newton) = 160,000,000 pounds / L of coil of 2H x(US short ton/2000 pounds) = 80,000 tons/ 2 Henry = 40,000 tons of levitation or propulsion at the proposed levels. UFO propulsion is electrical momentum charge suspension that surrounds the craft with electrons as vertical and horizontal anodes cause a like charge imbalance for suspension and travel.
The electric charge model in standard mathematical form would be: F = Q(charge Q or V1 the voltage to charge the craft and surrounding atmosphere/air/ether perhaps in the millions of volts) X E( a directional electric field or grad V2 from perhaps millions of volts from a solid hemisphere of aluminum 'bulb' that provides the direction (Up and numerous side directions) vector ) Mr. Lyne discovered this two potential system. The same flat coil is used for charge Q with no center connection and the other terminal connected to the one encircling loop primary the DC pulses free electrons into the atmosphere. The Force equation can be seen as F = QE, a basic electrical physics equation.

Only the AC Tesla flat or conical coil makes a million electrostatic AC volts and the associated free air electrons. The MIT Van de Graff does 80kvDC with an air evacuation chamber needed for one million. AC coils need no chamber.
See books by William R. Lyne and how alpha and beta decay eject mass and energy but never lose mass for the energy as in E = mc squared. No mass loss except for mass emitted, so its energy from nothing. Now take that free Helium formed from the alpha particle. Helium will work in an engine and it comes from Radium decay, just make the Radium as Tesla said. Radium can power a direct to electricity generator.

The Tesla lectures are key to understanding the reaction of electrostatic forces as sound waves or pressure waves from voltage energized coils. AC was noted to flow one way loss less in space and in a one wire demonstration by Tesla when at high voltage and frequency. With quarter wave tuning the forces are that much greater electrical to physical mechanical that can bring in a momentum perhaps instantaneously. Tesla wrote his aircraft would go 300 miles per second and be held up (as in a hover) by a vertical force and to the side by another force (for propelling) and would be stable in wind and storm.Teslafieldmachine (talk)
For the action of the coil refer to Lyne on teslaflyingmachine group on yahoo.com that give off sound waves in the ether and exhibits the brush discharge as in the Earth Aurora. As demonstrated in 1892 the electrical forces flow is one way at high potential and high frequency in a medium to electrical waves that looks like a insulating fluid with electrical carriers. Tesla describes the negative carriers being more mobile and the waves action moving these carriers. Light also being a sound wave in the loss less ether Tesla gives the weight of the medium as 1/20 of a pound based on density see the appropriate Tesla document giving his airship a speed of 300 miles per second. Considering the speed of sound the densities involved we might be able to come up with the same conclusions. The driving circuit and principles have been departed from as much as finding Tesla descriptions but the basics use the capacitor and coil at the limit of their operation. By the spark gap operation being an automatic switch driving a forced vibration into the natural circuit vibration the coil current drops the zero giving what mathematically is driving infinite voltage or in actuality a voltage charge builds up in record time the break the air and ether insulation to drive charges in the gap. A capacitor will discharge or pass a current from a voltage pulse thus recycling the current flow to the coil for a brief period which stops making zero current and the coil reacts again. In discussions of Tesla's patents with author and researcher Lyne the signaling patents show intent to power flight and the 1/2 metal aluminum sphere for the radiant energy patent. My father had a 1/2 metal metal sphere he called a bulb and two air core inductors as in Tesla 1891 lecture for wireless lighting of fluorescent or gas filled bulbs.
