==PAIN OF LOSING SOMEONE==

People say ‘we will meet again’. These are the words we usually say when we lay our loved ones down to rest but even with these assuring words, one cannot deny the feeling of pain one feels when losing some one.

Loss

edit

Losing someone very close is an extremely painful experience. People find it very tough to cope up with the realization that they will no longer be able to see someone in particular who was very close to the heart. Heart aches or should we say it feels as if heart is breaking. Such deep emotional feelings often manifest themselves in physical symptoms of heaviness and tightness in your body structure. The other parts of body seem like reacting in a way that they want to protect your aching heart.

Pain

edit

This is the most painful moment as one really has to come terms with the reality of the absence. It takes time to heal one’s heart and mind .I takes time to get over the trauma and make peace with everything. Most people go crazy but they will overcome it as time goes on.Moments of grief are experienced by one and all. Hardly few people can ever claim to have not experienced this feeling at all. The issue to be tackled here is how soon we can get over with those painful feelings of grieve? These heartbreaking moments don’t need to exist for a long time because longer they last, more we feel like a part of us to the monster named grief.

Friendship

edit

We often have friends around us during difficult moments,bit missing the whole scenario is the post experience that one goes through. This is the time we need our friends more than ever.This is the time we need a high dose of strength from friends for the heart becomes fragile and hopeless.Good friends are always there to count any help. They will make you happy whenever you are not. Friends go out to relax and also for refreshment and that will make you forget everything.

Conclusion

edit

There are many things about death we do not know and may never know. We do know that it will happen, someday, to all of us. But you should not worry or wonder about it for very long. There are too many wonderful things to experience in the many, many years ahead.
