Ke kuch mast suna de mehfil ko, k' Es ke liye to ek mast nazaar ka jaam aa jaye; k' aaj bhi hazir n' ho ekk mast nazar ka jaam, to khoobsurat illzaam kisi pe ho jaye;;

k' Etna julm to n kare koi yaar pe yaar, kisi yaar ki mehfil ka khas mehmaan tarsa jaaye; k' ye ittihaas mein saaf likha jaye, k' kisi maya ki suraahi ka pyala hi pyasa rah jaye;;

k' jab wo khud mein hai ek madhushaala, to fir moula ka ye banda pyasa kyoin rah jaaye; k' dosto aaj ki mehil mein to, magroor se magroor rakeeb bhi be-parada adaab! de jayein;;

k' agar jo n' ho kisi ko manjoor to, aaj ki es mehfil mein hi ye faisla bhi kar ke jaye; Ya to mere kisi muk-tak pe prahaar kar ke jayein, ya phir be-parada ho k' adaab! de jaye;;

K' agar rah jaye fir bhi kisi jahan’ mein baham’, to apne thikane ki mehfil mein aazmaye; k' jahan un ke ho habeeb aur mere ho rakeeb, k' mehfil ki har us had tak bhi hum ko aazmaye;;

k' Hum n honge ek din es jamaane ke dour mein, to us din bhi koi muk-tak pe zooor aazmaye; ye bhi to mum-kin ho es sadi ke dour mein, koi magroor kisi muk-tak pe prahar n' kar paye;;

to sadi se sadi ke dour tak apna zoor aazmaye, k' zamane se zamane ke daur tak zoor azmaye; k' zamane se zamane ke dour tak zoor azmaye, k' sadi se sadi ke daur tak apna zoor aazmaye;;
