Pani Puri, Jalebi, Vada Pav, Samosas, lassi and Fruit -Juice -- the list of mouth-watering food available on the streets is endless. The current lifestyle of dining out on Food Streets is quite prevalent among Teenagers, College and Schools Students. The Hygiene Concept is least bothered and moreover least followed and Practiced by the Street Vendors. The outcome of such carless attitude leads to abashing incidents.
However, there is a lack of awareness about the Hygienic Practices which needs to be followed on the field while preparing and serving food. It’s a top priority to ensure that the Food Street offering local delicacies are made in hygienic way and in good infrastructure to enjoy the same to mark a memorable experience. The Idea of Hygiene Hatya Portal is to bring the Food Hygiene Conveners on a Common Platform to discuss on Hygiene Issues, share their experiences and draw the conclusion. It is anticipated that the Portal will play a crucial role in disseminating the Hygiene awareness among masses.
