Anti-Corruption Commission of Namibia (ACC)

Namibia’s ACC was established in terms of the Anti-Corruption Act in 2006. The act had been passed by Parliament and signed by the President in terms of the Namibian Constitution, and published in terms of Article 56 of the said Constitution.[1] The anti corruption of namibia is a body that aims for equal distribution of economical resources, for fair resource allocation amongst the members of the society and for zero tolerance of corruption.[2]
