My name is Taco Fleur, I'm a certified kettlebell trainer with over a decade of experience. I have access to hundreds of kettlebell videos and photos, which I intend to share with the world through Wikipedia. I will use the knowledge I gained over more than a decade through research, creating online courses/certifications, authoring 7 kettlebell books on Amazon, and qualification/certification like: IKFF CKT Level 1, Kettlebell Trainer Level 1 & 2, KB Trainer L3.0 by Cavemantraining, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Judge, Kettlebell Science and Application, MMA Conditioning Level 1, MMA Fitness Level 2, MMA Fitness Level 1, Punchfit Trainer and Plyometrics Trainer.

  • WikiGoals Improve kettlebell related material to reflect up to date information, fix incorrect information, provide photos and videos for other use and learn from.
  • WikiPlans Monitor kettlebell related pages on wikimedia and wikipedia.
  • WikiSchedule Each week devote some set time to it.
  • Wish list - if only... ...Wikipedia was easier to edit, if only the admins would not be so quick to jump the gun and remove hours of material without discussion. If only there was more proper communication like "hey, what was your intention here?", "ooh, okay, that makes sense, but let's put it...".

Contributions edit

I've made and will be making further contributions to the following subjects:

Future edit

I will be making contributions to:

I'm also hoping to release a free kettlebell beginners course on wikipedia, as soon as I figure out how to do it.

Life, live, and lived edit

I'm an programmer/analyst / entrepreneur / fitness professional with a wife, son, and Frenchie. I currently live in Spain, Costa del Sol to be exact. I've lived in Amsterdam (originally from), Spain, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, and now back in Spain again.

I love almost anything fitness related, hiking, cycling, mountains, beach, climbing, CrossFit, Kettlebells, and more.

Programmer / Analyst edit

My years of experience as a programmer / analyst help me with analysing, breaking down movements, explaining them step by step and improving instructions. My years of experience as blogger help me put all this out to the world in writing.

Video and Photo Editor edit

I do all my photography, filming and editing myself, I use a DSLR Canon EOS, GoPro4 and Samsung Smartphone. For editing I use Final Cut Pro. These skills allow me to put out kettlebell related videos to the world, I've so far created over 700 and 500 of those can be found on my Cavemantraining Youtube channel. One of my dreams is to buy a really good drone (DJI) and film kettlebell instructional footage on a mountain.

Mission edit

I have several missions to complete in this life, and in no particular order are:

  • spread the word of kettlebell training
  • close the gap between CrossFit and kettlebell training
  • help people discover more kettlebell exercises
  • educate gyms and boxes on how to use kettlebell safely and effectively
  • help people improve their quality of life
  • promote proper exercise naming
  • decreasing the divide in the fitness industry
  • help people see that exercise is not black and white
  • promote bare foot running, walking, bare foot anything, your feet don't want to be squashed up inside a hot sweaty tight compartment all day long
  • promote that a cold bath is good for your health, mental toughness, ability to withstand sickness and more
  • help people understand that prescription drugs are in most, if not all, cases not needed, being in tune with ones body allows a much better healing, and gets to the cause, rather than just the effect
