Thomas White International is an investment management firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, United States. It serves a diversified group of corporations, governments, financial institutions, and individuals. White Jr. , a former Managing Director of Morgan Stanley[2]. While at Morgan Stanley, Thomas S.
