What are the credentials of the author of the Forbes piece? Who is Adam Jenkins? I have looked at the dispute resolution instructions Wikipedia posts and am happy to submit my objection to the Forbes language to such resolution processes, but I am unfamiliar with the necessary steps. I might say as a starting point that I have never before, in a long career, been accused of "glossing over" economic points.
