Paweł Jarski (born June 29, 1978, in Poniatowa) - Polish entrepreneur, manager, and investor. Founder and president of Elemental Holding Group. President of the Polish Triathlon Association and member of the Board of the Polish Olympic Committee.
Biography
editGraduate of Leon Kozminski Academy of Management and Marketing in the field of Information Technology in Management and Human Resource Management. Scholarship holder at Helsinki School of Economics (Finland) and Jönköping Business School (Sweden) in Business Management.[1]
Creator, founder, co-owner and CEO of the global Elemental Holding Capital Group operating in urban mining and recycling.
Between 2004 and 2009, as founder/co-owner and CEO, he managed SYNERGIS Electrorecycling SA and Electro-System SA companies operating in the electro-waste market in Poland. In 2009, he sold the companies to a strategic investor.
2010 he founded Elemental Holding SA and became its president and managing director. In 2012, under his leadership, Elemental Holding debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange[2], where it remained until early 2021.
Since 2011, he has steadily transformed Elemental Holding from a Polish recycling company into a global group operating in the urban mining sector. Between 2011 and 2023, it made 17 foreign acquisitions. As a result, Elemental Holding Group is present on three continents in more than 30 markets.
In 2015, he was a laureate of Parkiet magazine and received an award for the top ten young managers of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In the 2016 edition of Harvard Business Review, he was the winner of the best-managed companies in the WSE CEOs ranking. In 2017 - he was a finalist in the Polish edition of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year contest.
On December 17, 2016, he was elected President of the Polish Triathlon Association. On February 7, 2017, he became a member of the Board of the Polish Olympic Committee from the list of Polish Olympic sports associations. In December 2021, he was re-elected to both positions.[3]
In 2022 he won the grand prize of the Polish edition of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition.[4]
