Lindberg has received the distinction of being appointed a purveyor to the Court of Denmark, of which there are 100 Danish and 6 foreign holders.[5][6][7]
Lindberg's minimalist designs omit conventional glasses components like screws, rivets, and welds.[8] Lindberg's "screwless" hinge received a US patent in 2003,[9] and its nose piece design has also received a US patent.[10]
