- I hold to a critical realist perspective about most things (in fact, all things at this point, but I reserve the right to qualify)
- I am usually sympathetic to most people and positions, at least I try to give a proponent the benefit of the doubt (by the way, this means it takes me longer to consider things, so be patient with me)
- I'm curious about everything
