Background

India is going through its phase of technology revolution in recent years, mainly everyone is now connected to Internet most of the time. I myself used my first smartphone around 2008. One of the first thing I used was Wikipedia, I used to spend many hours searching through many articles.

As I pursued higher education, I eventually got access to better Internet usually though my college and recent boom in cellular services. During this time I primarily used Wikipedia for researching education material and references. Wikipedia was already having an impact on Internet around this time. Search engine like Google now started referring Wikipedia articles frequently. Contributors for project grew as well as the quality of content.

In early 2012, I finally joined Wikipedia. Its funny enough to mention that I made my first contribution to Adamant. I made some small contributions overtime but never got chance to involved seriously with project. This was mainly because of my education and work.

In recent years I have been mostly inactive, but I have decided to start contributing once again. Some of fields I wish to contribute to are
