Decimination (v), new term.
The act or process of identifying and eliminating useless, unproductive or hazardous groups of people.
Within the yet to be established guidelines, groups of individuals who have be 'deciminated' are decreed to be counterproductive members of humanity and separated from society. Once determination of this status is verified by public order, these people are to be processed for disposal without jurisprudence. Legal rights of 'decimimated' groups and/or individuals is suspended until global population has been reduced by 90%. Institution of this policy is made and enforced by the common will of humanity. Disagreement with this policy is grounds for decimination.
