Today, the use of internet communication channels[2] provides Real Time access to information from one stakeholder to another or from one stakeholder to multiple stakeholders. The introduction of WEB 2.0[3] and specifically the explosion in cloud computing[4] has enable communication channels to operate harmoniously at multiply levels allowing all stakeholders to be engaged simultaneously.
